I’ve searched other threads and it appears the pulley should just come off. I’ve had no such luck. I’ve used liquid wrench, hit it with a hammer, put a bolt through the holes in the pulley and a nut on the other side (which just bent the pulley) and nothing has worked. I’m going with heat next.

    Any other suggestions?

I had the same problem, wouldn’t come off. I just didn’t have a torch so just cleaned up as best I could. repainted and reinstalled.

Yep it comes off. Have someone hold the pulley, then throw a nut on the shaft and whack it. Usually drops out. It's stuck on the key.

If yer gonna do it more than once, the puller for 20.00 is a lifetime investment. ws

Been there and tried a puller but it won't work for this type of pulley.
