Last I Knew that Turbo Engine was owed by Buick (GM)
here is a picture of it displayed at a Buick car show somewhere. Doesn't help locating it, but shows us the other side
another link with some more info http://detroitdemigod.deviantart.com/art/401-Buick-Turbo-Concept-scraps-204695671
i think it is in GM's heritage collection,,,,seen it at the GM display at the Woodward cruise a few years back!!
I worked in the Engineering building for years and that motor sat in a remote spot covered with dust.
We are working on some projects for GM. Maybe I can have one of my Detroit based colleagues find and photgraph it for me?
Bad to the Bone! I dig the Air Cleaner Assy.
It's an oil bath with a silencer. The silencer was standard on the Roadmaster and perhaps the Century. (perhaps all with 4v carbs)
two barrel had an oil bath air cleaner without silencer.
heres a few of mine after complete rebuild
Love that turbo setup on your 66!! Do you have a link to more pics and/or the build up?
