   A guy showed up at local dragstrip in the late 90s with a Chevelle with what I thought were 502 emblems. Looked closer and he had modified them to read 500.
   Sure enough 500 caddy in it. Was running mid 12s. Launched hard!
   
   Something broke on it and they had valve covers off...never saw it again.
