What exactly are you interested in. I may have a comitted buyer on the driver's side half of the outside air box. The compressor clutch is fried, however the compressor is not locked up. All of the lines are there and intact as is the condensor/drier setup. The dash controls and inside vacuum lines and servos all seem to be good, the inside box is good. I have sold all of the wire harnesses out of the car so the AC stuff is gone.

The complete outside air box. All of the lines the condenser/drier setup. The dash controls and inside vacuum lines and servos the inside box. Most of what you have for a whole system inner and outter.

Hi Erik, have you heard from buicksky on the console/steering column package? I am up after him and must be getting close to a week ago he posted. Chris

Did you have a timeline of when you will be getting car taken apart?

It's apart now. Doing a lot of packing today and tomorrow. I still have the front parking lights that seem to be in good driver condition. Also the steering box with a date code of 143 0 (143rd day of 1970).

    Eric,

Restoring a '71 convertible. Are inner fenders good? Console still available? What's left? I'm in Southern Maryland as well, Leonardtown.

She's a little crusty on the diff end but I think it would clean up OK.

How many turns lock to lock? What is the part (casting) number on it?

    Thanks

Just FYI, this car will not have N41 Quick ratio box because it was unavailable.

Only the 1970 GSX when ordered with Power Steering received the N41 Quick ratio steering box in 1970.

All Skylarks and GS cars in 1970 received N40 standard PS,N41 Quick box was not available in regular GS line.

During 1971-72 that all changed, N41 quick box was optional on any GS car.
