    Hello,

I'm in the early planning stages of the body restoration of my '67 Skylark. I'm a very capable mechanic but have not done any body or paint work, so I'm wondering if the more seasoned folks of this forum can share what resources they used to learn? What are the best books, manuals and/or online resources you've found?

I'm sure I'll have 100's of questions as I get further into things.

    Thanks in advance.

Paint and body work isn't something most people can just run with, it takes lots of repetition to no what works and what doesn't. But Kevin Tetz on YouTube has series he does s for Eastwood, it's "OK" but his methods and my methods vary greatly in some areas but they are informative for novices, I show some them to my students , mostly to Pick apart some of his practices. But overall it's a good start.

I have a tech manual that I use with my students also that is a good reference tool on steps and procedures, I could send you one

Hi Hugger, I appreciate the help and would love a copy of your tech manual. I will check out Kevin Tetz on YouTube as well. You mentioned you have students, what all do you teach? Thanks
