the constitution is very clear. The so called "separation of church and state" clause clearly is a law that forbids CONGRESS from making laws about religion, specifically laws that infringe on the free exercise of religion. the God haters misinterpret that to mean that citizens must suspend their religious freedoms (christians only) when they enter a publicly funded property or organization. That is not the intent of the law but the God haters use it to advance their atheist agenda.

all it says is "Congress shall make no law" thats it. It is there to keep government from infringing or interefering in any way with our right to the free exercise of religion. Liberal judges under the urgings of atheists interpret that the exact opposite of how it is intended. No prayers at hs football games, benedictions, graduation ceremonies etc etc. no bibles or jesus shirts in schools etc etc.

Man has some kind of belief whether they admit it or not ! and if it is "religious" in nature ? it is against the constitution supposedly ? but if their belief is not construed as a belief ? it is allowed in OUR White House !

The President celebrated LGBT Pride at the White House on June 13, hosting a reception attended by national leaders, community activists, military veterans and LGBT families.

The president spoke for about 12 minutes in the East Room, reviewing the progress the administration has made on LGBT equal rights and vowing to press ahead. He said he would continue to advocate for marriage equality, including in his own state, and reaffirmed his support for enacting a law to ban workplace discrimination against LGBT people.

With this in mind ? I post this !

    "workplace discrimination"

But discrimination of Christians is Tolerable in any form or setting ?? so it would seem ?

I don't generally get drawn into these discussions due to the highly emotional responses from christains.

I'd like to know where this alleged discrimination of (sic) Christians is taking place. It certainly isn't in the US of A. Show me where a church has been shut down by anybody, or where any attack against a church or religious person because of their religious belief has not been investigated by the police. Religious people account for a reported 86% of the US population. How is does that equal "discriminated against", and how does it equate to a persecuted minority?

LGBT rights and atheists asking to not have prayer rammed down their throats (and the non-christian religious citizen's marginalization by voicing a christian prayer at a public meeting) does not constitute persecution of christians. Just try to wrap your head around the reality instead of acting like you have no rights, whereas you actually get the "bye-run" from the government, almost every time.

If you actually go read about the issue, it is about evangelical christains in military leadership positions forcing persons of other faith or no faith under duress of extra duties and in some cases punishment for not attending.

"Discrimination of (sic) Christians is NOT tolerable in any form or setting. You really aren't a martyr.
