I'm not "blindly hating the young generation". I employed many of them. More times than not, when I've had an issue with a bank, or other institution, it's been a newbie just out of college manager or official throwing weight around. I have dealt with many that were great at their job, both old and younger. "Hating" Really? You put that term in play, not me.
