Original intake manifold bolts

67-69 use a 3/8" bolt while 70-72 use a 7/16" bolt, according to Nick.

Are 1970 455 intake bolts THAT hard to find? I sent one sent to a member on here,for another member,and I have one more set,but it makes me wonder if I should hang onto them. I don’t need them for my custom build,but if do another concours car,I might.

 

Brian, both my cars came with aluminum intakes and zinc bolts, that's he only reason mine were missing.

What is the finish on the 1/2 sphere indent? I bought a set from Carmen and he had finished with zinc (shiny).

For nailhead ? mine were engine green. You could plate them for durability , but should be painted engine color.

I bought for a 350-nailheads pretty straight forward. Not sure what application the dished head bolts are for.

 

I mean dished intake bolts!
