I requested my catalouge 1 or 2 months ago. I also requested one for their classic cadillac catalouges because I need some parts for my 57 Fleetwood.
I didn´t receive it yet so I called OPGI yesterday.
    First the bad new:
They don´t know when the catalouge is ready for getting shipped. They are working on it and the production or parts is running.
Good news: It will look like the ones they have for chevelles, GS, GTO .....
That means: No motor parts like bearings, pistons....
BUT Moldings, seat covers, headliners, dash, chrome trim, rubber stuff, weatherstripping, performance parts like carbs, manifolds, .....
They think that they can ship the requested ones in 2 or 3 months.
I hope so. I can´t wait to start ordering ;)

Ten bux says if they have seat covers they won't be correct.

    Why not?

Cuz, I've been doing this for 13 years and with very few exceptions, whatever I bought for our cars wasn't correct.

I'll be installing window fuzzies, trunk, door and window weatherstripping soon. I am not holding my breath.

jep, I´m sure there are some people out there who could use them (including me) :)

heh. That's only half of it. We'd still need a 3.42-specific carrier for those that don't currently have a 3.42 setup in their car.

I hate being low on the totem pole for parts. Someday our only alternative will be to transfer our mounting brackets to a 12 bolt or a 9".

Well guys,,,,I hope they come through for you guys,,,,I have to add,,I've ordered parts from opgi 3 seperate times,,,the 1st was fine,,,the 2nd was a screw up,,,and this last time will be the last time!!!
In early December,,,can't remember for sure if it was the 9th or 11th,,,I ordered a taillight wiring harness,,,and a rear package shelf,,,the wiring harness just showed up 2 weeks ago,,,,got the notice from them it was finally shipped,,,when I emailed asking where the rear shelf parts where,,,they said they where on thieir way also,,,,anyhow,,,the wiring showed up,,,it was fine,,,,its an m and h wiring piece,,,all that showed for the package shelf was the jute!!!!!!!
Sooo,,,I've emailed asking when to expect the rest of it,,,all they've sent the last 3 times was a generic email stating that its on backorder,,,,when I ordered this stuff they told me it would be here no later than the end of january!!!!
Just my experience with them,,,,I hope they straighten out and can help you guys out,,,,want to see more of those smart looking cars refurbished!!!!

An article in the Nov/Dec 2009 issue of Chevelle World magazine has a tour of OPG's new facility. It mentions the upcoming Riv catalog and shows a warehouse of dusty original GM cars for used research purposes including a 66-70 Riv (I could only see the roofline, so I can't be sure what year exactly.). The Riv catalog is apparently coming. Hang in there, Riv fans!

Maybe I'll try the catalog request again. When I tried it earlier today it said something about asking me to confirm my address... :Do No:

If they somehow had 69 Riviera floor pans I will think that I've died and gone to heaven...
That's one of the major things to do during the restoration. I had started on replaceing parts of the floor but some factory looking pieces sure would be nice!
