Opinions please: Do you think these seat brackets are welded safely?

I might be a bit late to the party, but those up top from nz gs 400 look like they are swapped left to right. That may be why they are not conforming to the floor. I am in the process of this conversion and after studying all the pics in the thread and placing the brackets on both sides, that is what looks like is or was his problem.
