Well I just wasted 50 bucks (sorry Bruno), Seems you CANNOT plane off a stock intake to mount a blower plate, you hit water jackets and cut into the rear port runner. Kinda makes moot the water injection questions I was lining up, LOL.

That'll buff right out and just fill in the holes with some JB Weld, good as new!

Leave the intake boltet to the heads, and weld up the holes with "thin" plate cut to fit, little by little..

OFFY 360 intake is the one to make a blower intake for the Buick 215/Rover.

. Yeah, I could probably save it, but I’m also working with a Rover fuel injection manifold that’s working out ok but it’s a little higher than what I want. I’m gonna switch to lost foam casting and see if I can get a lower plenum.

Well, the fuel injection manifold is working out nicely, I’ll finish the machining and weld up the injector ports. I hate the height the plenum gives me cause I don’t want the carb and air cleaner sticking out of the hood, but we’ ll see.

Don’t know how to make it work without a computer, and I won’t put one in any vehicle I build.

Well this should get the fuel down to where it’ll do the most good !

For the 350 you need to modify an Offy 455 dual quad manifold.

that's a new one to me, didn't know you could modify a 455 intake to fit a 350.
