One of our buddie's dad need a little support...

GSXMEN's father, David, is going in Friday, Nov. 3rd, for a double by-pass. Prognosis is good, but any extra prayers and good thoughts can't hurt. I thought I'd mention it here - everyone here is quick to lend support, when they can. So please add David Baker to your prayers tonight and tomorrow.

Good news.

Surgery went well. They ended up finding that they needed to do a quadruple bypass.

They took him off the ventilator tonight. He's pretty out of it of course. Blood work & BP are all good.

Thank goodness for morphine. p That's got to feel like getting hit with a ton of bricks.

There were 3 guys from the same town that got bypasses this week - that we all knew. All 3 surgeries went well. Just goes to show you the power of prayer!! :bglasses:
