OldBuickParts knockoff aluminum valve covers

Has anybody had any experience with these Ebay $200 cast aluminum valve covers. They look pretty good, but what is the quality?

Old Postons... Nice units. I have a set on my 455. no issues with quality, they are good covers. IIRC, they will clear roller rockers.

Yes they are very good covers

 

I had an old set of those. Mine weren't flat. Had to re- mill the surface. I also didn't like the small bolt areas, had to use allen head bolts, plus no recessed area to contain gasket.
They may have improved them by now....

 

I haven't received an email reply yet. I'll try calling Monday. I sure hope the phone numbers are good, I NEED a set of these valve covers.

Black only. Yes they bought the stock after poston went under.

 

How tall are they?

 

i dont have a set off an engine at the moment but they fit roller rockers just fine.
