I've only been in one Buick Electra ( thanks Doug) I've got plenty of passenger miles in Lockheed Electras, but not this one. N6111A BTW, great photo and thanks for the upload.
There is a red and white spring accent 59 convertible that runs the show circuit in my area, it’s really in your vase with the red and white, I prefer the softer colors in the two-tone
My buddy back in my youth (15) his dad bought a used 1962 Electra 225 convertible black with a butterscotch colored interior, that thing was a torque monster ! as I think back? I wonder if it was a 425? did they make a 425 back in 62?Can't remember what numbers were on the air cleaner cause he took it off more than on ? was it 445 or 465 ? He was a crazy with that car! he would go through tires like people go through an oil change time?
The 425 didn't come out until mid Dec. 1962 & then ONLY installed in Rivs. initially until around mid Jan. or early Feb. in Wildcats or Electra's.
