This is the way most all of us are setting this up..====https://www.diyauto.com/diys/oil-pressure-equalization-line..

Line out of front of block at OP sender to the Passenger side in the rear..

Why do we not use the driverside plug??

passenger side is fully charged from the Oil pump (high-pressure Or volume).. The driver side kind of weeps over (low-pressure or volume).
Yes the duel groove camshaft bearing the TA sells helps the oil travel easier to the low side..

Why not put the line on drivers side and get more to that side?

Or just tie the two together behind the flywheel.. or in front really?

Passenger side galley is what feeds the passenger side lifters, then cam bearings, and then finally the mains ... which is the area of concern. Drivers side galley only feeds the drivers side lifters, .... so it is unnecessary and pointless to supply more oil to that side.
