Too old to understand this 'vlogger hype' on you tube, but this one caught my attention. A couple of friends nearby were able to buy a rusted Iraqi tank (chinese made T-55) from the UK (spoils of war) a year ago. They used to do hilarious vlogs before on several other car/engine issues ("what happens when doing 60mls/hr and engage the gearbox in reverse" "what happens when using regular gas as cooling fluid" etc). Since a year there are weekly updates on the progressions of disassembly and restoration of this tank.
A couple of nice vlogs (no subtitles, but nice to view as well):

Arrival and taking off the turret to be kept in storage for it is considered to be a 'weapon' (will be reassembled later when some parts are taken off so it's no longer a weapon):

    Fun to watch.

There is a guy in Hopkinton, MA that has an operational WW2 vintage tank - a Sherman, I think. The cannon was not an issue, but he had to get all kinds of permits for the machine gun. The cannon is operational, but the machine guns have parts removed to render them incapable of being fired.

That's pretty cool, but my wife would complain about me leaving it in the front yard to show off (look neighbors... I got a tank!).
