That's worth buying and doing wedding rentals and limo services, the car would pay for itself over a summer!
I was going to buy a 41 Buick Limited 90L a few years ago as a base for a classic car limo service in Pittsburgh, figured I would add a 60's Lincoln Limo and then a 76 Fleetwood 75. Did all the business models, looked into it heavily and the regulations and insurance were near impossible to deal with doing it on the up and up. I was going to have to get a building to operate out of as well, you just can't fit a limo in any garage. Even to have the one car in "commercial service" had a staggering overhead This Cadillac is really nice and would make a fantastic touring car, it is way overpriced though even with it's beautiful condition, Limos like that have a very small buyer base and are far less desirable than a comparable Fleetwood. Another drawback for the "older" limos and using them in current service is no A/C unless you add classic air or similar and there you are adding even more $$ to the venture. How many brides are going to ride in an old car with no A/C in August?
I never quite understood that either. I've seen ads with booster cables on the back seat and Mc dee's wrappers on the floor. Don't these people clean their houses before visitors show up? There should be an ASPCA like number to call and get these cars to people that will look after them!
Or take pictures of the car at night with no lighting. I've seen some ads where all you can see is an outline of the car
