I got my NOS lenses in the '90s. Last Summer while backing into a parking spot I bumped a street sign that was leaning over at an odd angle and broke one at the edge:af: I glued it back together, and after I sand it a bit and polish the joined sections and repaint the gray area it should be fine, but boy was I mad! Almost 400 bucks for them now, eh? I think I paid 90 bucks a pop. Should have bought two sets...

Apparently, no one wanted to work much overtime around Christmas. The lenses are being run on Jan. 20. Hopefully, I can get a few more orders by then. Alan
I can't believe that there isn't 25 people that need 70 lenseso No: I wish I had a 70 but I need 71's and if this doesn't happen then what chance do I have of seeing repros of 71 parts? how close are you? You can bet that if and when the day comes that 71 parts are made I will take a set of tail light lenses and I will take two 71 grilles. I will also take a set of marker lights when they are made. With BPG membership on the rise maybe the club could purchase the remaining sets from the run like JW had suggested earlier. Just rambling thoughts........
Chris, I do have 1 71 tail light that is in excellent shape..chrome paint is a bit fadded, let me know, red is still bright and there is no cracks at all. Couldnt sell it for 20 bucks at the swapmeet....its yours for 20+shipping if you would like it. Let me know.:TU: Larry

Now is the time for all of us to remember this..... maybe 5 or 10 years down the road when there are even no repros to be had.....wow, shoulda bought a set or two while they were still available. This is "IT" 70 guys!!!:Smarty: If I could afford a 2nd and 3rd extra set I would...... I'll have to settle for one set for now.
