No Bling

    Don't get me wrong. I'm not knocking anyone for what they like or what they do with their ride. My comment was directed at me and my car only. There are some really nice cars with chrome under the hood and I can appreciate the effort that goes into that.

    My hood generally down at a car show, hoods up spoils the lines of the car.
    Club pres comes along asks me to open it cos everyone else in the Muscle Car Club got theirs open.
    No, I say, spoils the lines of the car!..
    Stops grubs leaning all over the fenders too.
    How shelfish of me.....

    I always thought that if you couldn't make it fast , chrome it! I actually don't mind some chrome, but the engine compartment shouldn't look like a mirror. I like everything to be painted individually and then assembled. I don't like to see paint on the exposed gaskets.

    I guess mid 11's and on street tires,full interior and exhaust and lots of chrome should get me back in the 16's then...lol 20190408_170727.jpg

    I am still trying to locate burial site for all removed stock air cleaners!!!
