Adding 100 shot to a 600 hp street motor. Can anyone recommend a plug that will work for street and an occasional nitrous pass?

    Thanks

typically one range colder then your currently running ( for a start)
and.... pull some timing out, extremely important when you add spray,

It can depend on a few things!
A spark plug has about a 600 degree operating range so the possible need for a cooler heat range plug depends on how the plugs look now.
For example if you motor now makes 400 hp and your color change over point on your plugs is about in the middle of the electrode then you could go up or down in cylinder firing temps by 200 degrees each way and the plug will still fire as needed and not foul out or burn up.
In a case as such adding a 100 hp shot should not make for the need of a colder plug as long as the cars fuel system can provide the needed higher level of gas besides the NOS!

Note that if you pull out too much timing the cylinder temps will soar above the max level of 1400 degrees where Exh valves will start to burn.
I would not back out anything more then 4 degrees for a 100 hp hit.

All this being said it's safer to start of off with a one step colder plug!

What affect does the colder plug have on street driving

If it is too cold, the plug will fowl. Why not determine if your current plugs are optimal first? Stevem posted instructions for reading plugs.

TexasT Texas, where are you from

Make sure your fuel system is up to the task to supply the activity with the additional fuel it will need by introducing that additional oxygen. 100 shot isn't much but much like boost, a little more is just some bigger pills away, and we all know that slippery slope. Next thing ya know it is a 250shot and you get to do some additional wrenching.
