    Hi guys,

I'm looking for alittle info on jetting one of my cars that I just converted to E85. I'm wondering how much I should plan to jet the fuel side up? I have gone from 45 up to 60psi on fuel pressure already, and I know that has already taken up some of the gap on how much more jet, I'm afraid of being way off on my first test run. This is also a turbo car.

    Thanks in advance.

Nick, a rough estimate to run true E-85 will be 30% more fuel. so up your jet size area 30 percent (not just jet size numeric number). However this will depend on what ratio you are actually buying as E-85 with 85% ethanol may have less ethanol lets say 60% ethanol. and more gasoline thus messing up your tune.

The station I'm filling at says minimum 70% Ethanol, and I'm running this straight. No mix.
So how do I add the 25-30% increase in in flow? Current jetting on the car for the small shot is 40N/18F. I was going to try a 34N/24F for a first test run, I have an Innovative wideband in the car always so I can watch/record that as needed. I want to go up to an 80-100 shot once I figure out the ratio to work with on the jetting.
This is all NOS brand parts.

Corrected my current jetting is 40n/18f

thanks for the link Avery. I've been running the E85 summer blend now for 2 tank fulls and it is tested to 83-84% by a buddy of mine that also runs it in his BB pontiac motor. I've done my initial testing and it was so rich for the first 2 runs, I didn't think the nitrous was activating, I leaned it out a bunch and it came alive. Now I'm jetting up, trying to put this car back into the low 12s, high 11s.
