Most 70's did have the side trim, the ventiports were under on the 70 which appeared awkward compared to the 69. A quick was to tell from behind other than the grill on the taillight is the 70 had the cathedral rear marker lights on the back edge of the the fin, kind of a cool feature but a little busy.
Pretty sad the state Lawrence is in. I remember all the fires when the real estate there tanked. It was amazing.
Not uncommon, brochures are often lacking pinstripes, side trim. Options are often either heavily advertised or totally void in brochures.
