Thanks for the welcome! I live close to downtown Montreal and one street back from a shopping area, so cars come and go in front of my place. The V70 does not seem to be a neighbour's car . I will probably keep the color stock, but part of me wants to paint it the turquoise available in 68 Keeping the roof Arctic White. It has original paint and is in pretty good shape, but someone walked all over the roof and that will be pricey to deal with. I would like to upgrade to the buckets and console from a sport one day but that's way down the to do list.
Thanks for the pics; - looks pretty good! Does that car have the optional cornering lights, or are those just markers? I once had a set of cornering lights out of a 68 that would have bolted up perfectly in my 67 Cat. Sad thing is I threw all of that stuff in when I sold the car in 2006, and didn't get any of it back when the car came back to me in 2015.
No, no cornering lights, but I plan to install some one day. I also have a line on a 68 Electra grille that I much prefer to the wildcat grille.
