    Hi Guys

During my move of the shop here, I uncovered several sets of pistons, some which I forgot I owned.. Time to move them..

1 Set .030 over TRW Forged 455 pistons, with valve reliefs. These are the desireable early 2362P units. Good size valve reliefs for just about any cam.

Good used condition, with pins- $250- sold

1 set .030 TRW Forged 455 Pistons- These are also the 2362's with no valve reliefs. Good condition, and they have a set of what appears to be Pontiac Super duty rods that they are hung on. These 7/16 bolt units are the best factory Pontiac rod, if your going that way. Pistons and rods in good shape, I took them out of a running 70 STG 1 motor. (Pistons are off rods now)

    Pistons/pins only $200 sold

Pontiac Super Duty Rods- $150 sold
    Sold

1 Set of Buick 455 OEM Cast pistons. Stock bore size, these came out of an NOS shortblock. Brand new- $100Sold

1 Set of .040 over Aftermarket Cast 430 Pistons- These were in an engine that was never run, just turned over on the stand. It has rusted up when we got it, and we re-bored that motor for a .060 Piston. Hung on a set of Stock Buick rods, I can knock those off if you like.. $150Sold

1 Set new in box 350 TRW cast pistons- never used, bought them but went another way with the build. .030 over - These are the PN 340 P units, and Flatlander racing list them at $39 each, sold in sets only ($312).. A screaming deal at $225 - Sold

I have several single TRW Forged pistons- some 2362 and some 2353's most at .030 over, but a few at stock bore size.. Let me know what you need, but these single's with pin will go out the door at $25 each. Pick up a spare if your running these pistons.

All prices plus shipping and I take all forms of payment.

Jim do you have any reconditioned stock rods that happen to be left over from any of the pistons? I need a set.
If the other Joe passes on the Pontiac rods I'm interested.

I do beleive I have one set of reconditioned stock rods on the shelf, that came out of a motor that came in for repair, after it had been built elsewhere..

Let me see if I can lay my hands on them, and I will get back with you.

    Ok Joe..

    Here are the pictures..

Pont rods- they are series B,C,D which is in line with the requirements for being Super Duty rods. They have been opened up on the small end for the 1" Buick Pin, and felt like a nice fit when I pressed them off. They also have evidence of being weight matched.

And here is one of each of the sets of Forged pistons.. I just picked up a random one from each set, threw it in the parts washer and then put some glass bead across the tops.

Chris, your next in line for the ones with the reliefs. Both sets are in very nice shape.. I throw away junk, and I tossed a couple of sets of these here recently, they were just too used up.

    Joe,

I will know today.. if I have them, they are still at the old shop in Anoka.. going there today, to continue moving..

Ken, same goes for your question on 2353F's in standard. If I have one, it's there.
