Waiting on my new Borg warner s475 to show up. went with a 75mm compressor wheel, 85mm exhaust wheel and a 1.25a/r.
my old t67 looks to be over rev and didn't have enough turbine wheel for my setup. unfortunitly lessons cost money and real good ones cost more money.. and this was a good lesson.

Smart choice the S400 line is the best bang for the buck, easy to upgrade all the way to the big boy S91

The 75 can only go up to 82mm, but that is still more than enough turbo for most

Jose at FI used to do the S91's ,I had one that was going to go on my ws6, my understanding was it was built of the 400 chassis, which at the time made the S91 the largest mid frame available, the inducer was 91 and exducer was. 102

That's who I got mine from as well, the housing/cover is different for the larger turbos.

I was pricing upgrading the 75 vs buying new and that's what he told me. The inlet can only be milled out so much. Or I guess you can get the $300 race cover.

theyre all great turbos though, the basic 80mm is only $899 and good for 1200 hp

401 nailhead.. but because the ve is so low on this motor it is like sizing a turbo for a 6.0

That exhaust wheel will be to small if your planning on turning the boost up a lot, but if your just running lower boost levels should be fine and spool really fast

looking to run 7psi around town and cruising and bump it up to 12psi for special days. It not a drag car but would like a reliable 550-600hp- 700tq on 93 octane. I am sure it will slowly get bumped up as i tune but not planning on make huge power.

    Thanks Bob,
I am like I alittle kid ,checking for the ups guy daily. He showed up yesterday but it was for seat covers for my truck and I was def a little disappointed. Hoping to get it anyday and with the bad weather coming I will have plenty of time to put it back together.
