Well guys, Christmas was very good to me this year, I must have been a good boy,lol. And no...it's not Buick-related but it is exciting nonetheless and fit's the theme and the direction my life is going. This should be here in California in about a week or so...John Everett knows about this and approves this purchase! I present the Pat Foster-built Billy Lynch dragster, the very last car Pat constructed before he passed. It comes with a matching Mr. Ed's trailer...it's one of just 13 built in 1968 and is certainly the finest example to exist today. Both cars done in Candy Apple red w/Gold Leaf lettering, both cars say Brooklyn on them, my birthplace...in the end, resistance was futile! More than likely I'll use my '07 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD crew cab diesel when I'm not towing the funny car with it. Jerry, This will primarily be a cackle car although I do have the driveshaft and it can be made to do some little squirts or push starts if we choose to do so.
I have my TF license can I drive it. Here are a few shots to show a modern NTF car compared to John's. Although the engines are the same size 392. This car was a blast to drive as they all are! Can't wait to see it in person.
