    1972Mach1 Just some M.M.O.G. guy.....

    Watched a documentary on the Cannonball and the later record attempts after it was shut down. All the last 10 or so record runs have had a pilot and spotter in a plane leading and calling down the whole way across the country, and the planning and electronics involved would blow a guy's mind. Pretty cool, sophisticated, and amazing.
