Title says it p , looking for a picture to see what the metal piece is that the remote mirror wand and place screw into inside the door panel. First Buick Skylark and I got it all together thinking the screws would go into sheet metal inside the door.... whoops there is a giant hole there clearly from the factory and no obvious mounting points for a bracket I see. I do a quick forum search and see a thread where others described a metal piece that sandwiches with the front plate to hold remote to door panel. Another search shows no one makes this part and all the pics on the internet and ebay don't show this piece with the mirror sets. Picture is worth a thousand words ... and searches lol, can anyone help?
