need options decoded

    Can't seem to find any info on the following options for my 71 Stage 1, anyone have any info?? They show up on the option sheet, but Gm didn't decode them (guess they don't know either)

    This was listed under the W17 package in the 1971 Buick Assembly Instruction Manual

    BC1 - INST PNL WOOD GRAIN ORN.
