    Hi all,

    Need help decoding. I know 19 is burnished and 58 is Harvest Gold. What is 11C and F? thanks,. Is 11 C 3rd week f November-meaning car built in 69'? If so were they still using pointed lenses then or had they already switched to flat?

    TR 179 also denotes it has a notchback front seat.

    11C does mean the 3rd week of November of 1969.

    I am not sure anyone knows an exact date for the transition from the pointed to the flat dash cluster lens except it was around the end of 1969.

    4 = Buick
    46 = GS455
    37 = 2 door hardtop
    FL1 = Flint Plant assembly
    109628 = Fisher body sequence number

    Thanks for the info and correction. The car has straight bench front seat. Any one know what he F stands for.

    F is the color of the vinyl top. I recall that one is dark brown. The only other likely option is dark gold but I recall that F is dark brown.
