    4=Buick, 46=GS 455, 37= 2 dr. hardtop, 0= model year 1970, H= built at Flint plant, 144803 = sequence build # on the car, next one down the line was 144804.
    TR175=Pearl White interior with split bench.
    45=lower body colour & G= upper body colour- Vinyl roof indicated with a letter.
    I don't have the '70 colour charts.

    Could be a Stage 1 too and although I do not have the color chart I am thinking green paint and green vinyl top just not sure which green
