Since I can't delete the other thread, I'll have to post a new one. I've found most of the parts except for the "power unit" to the Buick "Electro-cruise" option for my Electra. All I need now is the power unit, which is the diaphragm and chain that's bolted to the firewall and hooked up to the carb. The power unit is probably the same from 1963 to 1967. Anyone got a spare one or know of one in a wreck?
I found a power unit from a 67 Riv when looking for some other parts. I believe I pulled it from a parts car in the early 90s. I'll put vacuum to it to and test operation this evening and let you know.
Just in case anyone needs a picture of the unit I'm looking for, here's a picture of it and the pulley.
Sorry - Got busy. The 66-67 Riviera power unit is different. The one I have tested good but if you want the same unit as in pic, probably won't work. Mounting is totally different.
I have couple of the cruise units from 64-65 Riv's. Do you need a complete unit or just parts for yours? PM me
