I am restoring a console for my 67 GS Convertible and the storage part of the console under the door could use a new coating of the black 'Fuzz' liner. I have seen this stuff for sale before but can't find it now. I have googled everything related to it and got some crazy answers. I am now going to log on to the major parts houses but if anyone knows where I can obtain a 'spray can'? of this stuff I appreciate the info.
Its called "flocking". Not sure it comes in a spray can. There a procedure for flocking parts. Now that you know what its called, you can do some research
X2 what Jason said...flocking. They sell kits on ebay in different colors. Olds guys do it all the time to consoles with good results.
