    ST 70 = 1970 model year
    44437 = 2 dr hardtop Skylark Custom
    KAN = Kansas, Missouri plant
    33910 = Production sequence
    TR 181 = blue bucket seats
    20 B = Azure Blue with black top?
    12C = Third week in December 1969
    06812 W =

    I found that the paint Azure Blue is marked with an * indicating that it is a special Riviera only color. Does the cowl tag not distinguish that it was a special color?

    I'm not sure about the "06812 W." It may be options, car does have Pwr brakes, Pwr steering, floor shifter console, remote mirror, A/C.

    Two-toning was available too, but the code suggests otherwise.
