I can deliver it to Minneapolis for around $100 - $130, that includes a test run at the location of delivery and compression check too. These running motors have been ran and tested. I also have many cores in various years to choose from, all cores have replacment guarantee if the block is cracked or it doesnt clean up at 0.030", crack free heads, crank turnable to 0.010/0.010" or 0.020 / 0.020" $25.00 extra for 0.010/ 0.010 guarantee. Call me if you want to know more, i can deliver to SD too just need your zip code, if you can work around my schedule it may not cost anything extra but the fuel. I have one sitting in my garage you can have for free. Its kind of in my way at the moment and I have a couple of others coming soon. Consider this a rebuilder as I don't know the history. It supposedly ran when they pulled it, but you know how that goes. Its not complete, its missing the starter, distributor, carb, and water pump. Its a 73 motor if I remember correctly.
Block is #1241735, Heads are 1241860's. Both check out as the 73-74 engine. In addition to what I mentioned before as missing, the exhaust manifolds are gone.

'73 riv 455 and '74 455 i live in central nebraska. and ive got a couple i'd be willing to sell. one is '74 , its been on the shop floor for 10 years . ran then , but was stuck couple years ago . motor's complete less intake and starter . HAS- pulleys and brackets,exhaust manifolds and flywheel $500 and ive got a 73 riv with a 455 . dual exhaust motor , complete 123,000 miles , great motor. can hear run .everything under hood .$ 1000
how about just the bare block with the pistons and crank??? thats basicly all im needing for an engine build...
