Nailhead piston pics

    Any idea where i can get thin steel head gaskets for the better comp ratio? I have one NOS pair i bought from ebay few times ago,but would like to get few pairs more. Seems like blue fel-pro gasket is about three times thicker than original NOS steel gasket...Easy way to drop down your stock comp ratio,if you use blue gaskets :(

    How important is keep pistons heights so tall that they are in stock? I mean if i want stroke the engine with light weight custom rods,why i dont do that with low and light weight custom pistons? Somehow like this one:

    look up having a mini stroke thread and you will see i already did that.

    Are there any forged pistons availibe for a 401 that would be say 9 to 1 for a boosted application?

    You would have to have them made to order by Ross, Diamond, JE, etc

    Thanks for you :) we didnt get a deal,depending money wiring,he didnt accept Pay Pal,but no hard feelings,i understand his point :)
    I ordered from Buick Farm 2 pairs 401 steel gaskets and 2 pairs of 425 steel gaskets and some oil galley plugs.Seems like they have also good service and customer communications :cool:
