Nailhead harmonic balancer repair sleeve?

Hi all. Is there anywhere like a local parts store where they have repair sleeves for the harmonic balancers in stock, or is it a special order thing? Thanks!

good idea, I wouldn't know offhand without doing the same.

 

Not sure of the number but I used a sleeve for a 231 V6. Worked fine on a nailhead.

 

Tom Telasco sells a great sleeve, shouldered with an installation tube, worth the wait.

 

They had one at Autozone and it was too small. The 231 balancer is 1/16" smaller diameter than the Nailhead. Looks like the 3rd gen V8 balancer shaft is the same diameter though.
