Nice job with the duct tape! I just hope it's not the cheap import stuff from Harbor Freight......... otherwise it won't hold!! LOL

I was thinking the exact same thing Steve, but something tells me you'll never sell it. But I Call first dibs if you do.

    Steve,

I want a set.... For Sure! Put me in line. Do you have a price yet? Any concern with them coming off? If is a weekend warrior drag car?

I'm doing some design work so these can be made in batches rather than one set at a time. When I get a little farther along, (next week?) I'll let you all know.
I'm guessing that they'll be in the $125 range for a set.

Please keep in mind that the ones I'll be building are for Weld Drag Lite wheels. There are specific diameters and angles that need to be used in the design to fit the wheel. Other wheels may or may not be the same dimensions, so there will be no guarantee that they'll work on anything other than the Weld Drag Lites.

I raced the car with these on and had no problem with them coming off. I also did a lot of street driving and never had an issue. They actually hang on "tighter" than they would on a stock steel wheel. Actually, it takes quite a bit of force to get them off! (I'll include a little simple special tool for removal).

    Later,
    Steve

Very Cool idea Steve and you can mix your look up with one set of Wheels and save some weight over the Steel Wheels. I like the Polished Look myself.:TU:

Well, I have two sets made. I'll be making more in a few weeks. I needed to do some trial and error before deciding on a few things involving size and fit.
I sent PM's to anyone that was asking for them. First to respond will get them. When I get more finished, I'll officially post them for sale in the "FOR SALE", or "VENDORS" section.

    Thanks,
    Steve

I'm out of stock at the moment, but I can make more some time in late October or early November. In the past two weeks I went from no back log to now having 7 items on the list and I haven't even thought about all the work that I usually pick up at the Nationals! :Dou: (Good thing my car is finished!)

I'll let everyone know when I have some made up!

    Thanks,
    Steve

that's fine, i have to track down two draglites that would fit the rear of my car anyway.

Would you like pre payment, or a deposit? If so PM me contact/payment info.
