Its not the prettiest car, but it was a long fun road and the benefits are awesome! good power, mileage and tons of torque!

it was awesome, I pulled the 455 with trans in 45 minutes, thanks to it doesn't really care what it picks up. Or where its at.

Installed a TST comp box and an hx40 (big box and a larger turbo) it smokes a bit more, but with the same low fuel pressure, it made 290hp and 787tq on a lower reading dyno. At least its an improvement! Taking it to the texas mile event this weekend on a road trip, will post up actual mileage results on thursday!

Awsome! Your timing for this was great as the gas prices are going up now.

How hard is the electrical interface? I can see this being a way to have tons of fun with an older car, go fast and get decent fuel economy. I saw that a Mustang ran in the 8's with a diesel and got over 30mpg

Thank you for the nice comments guys!
Electrical wasnt too bad, spent 4 hours string the truck harness, and 4 hours getting it in the car, it now had 3 fuse boxes, I wil work on that later,i found a writing diagram that strips almost all the engine harness, the older mechanical 12 valve is sooo much easier, u can run it with a starter and a choke cable...plus gauge wiring,
definitely happy with the mileage, that was cruising at 70 the while time as well as during in traffic..
We got to eat lunch with 55stude, I think he said was his screen name. Good times!

Yeah both of his GS's are beautiful! You should take the Riv to Buick Nationals this year! Especially with the kind of mileage that you get lol

chris roesch Say what again, i dare u

That thing sounds mean it the riv!! I would assume you had to upgrade the front coils? Great idea on the motor mounts! Now you can pull stumps! Now we need to see someone install an 8.3 common rail cummins
