Here is my newly acquired 62 Electra 225. The body is in really good shape. The original engine was blown and someone put in a late model Chevy 350 and 700r4 trans. For now the drivetrain will stay and be a cruiser. Just got new tires last week, some cheap 225/75/15. Will stick with stock hubcaps for now. Someone put in Tahoe seats and I have removed the back and installed an original seat. Next will be to find some original front buckets or bench seat. The rest of the interior is complete but needs a makeover. Car has been repainted at some point and the clear coat is now peeling. It appears to have been white originally. Car has pw, pl,pw seat,pw brakes, pw steering, factory a/c, factory clock, and I'm not even what all the switches and levels do yet. Next on my list is going thru the rest of the wiring and fuses and getting it inspected to start driving it.

The green looks good on it. Looks like they carried the color through the interior. The top paint cut line is a bit different than my LeSabre sedan. I think the top on mine was originally black.

Thanks, I actually like the color also. They did a good job painting it but who knows how long ago that was. Is that your lesabre in your pic?

Pictures tell lies. It really is not that nice. The interior is very nice though.
