I was just alerted by my Shipping Manager that she was uncrating my 1970 dealer take off Saturn Yellow GSX rear spoiler. Had a case of surface delamination I have been told was not unheard of even on the dealer lots to include the spoilers bursting apart on earlier versions (like this one) with the single middle vent hole. The latter 70 version had an additional hidden hole to “let it breath” and eradicate the damage this original 1970 still wears. That said it is PERFECT for my “Poor Touring GSX”. It has been stored inside since the 70’s so the paint is a bit brighter than my faded and rusted car but hey there aren’t a lot of choices,just damn fortunate & blessed to even find one! Okay,gotta go back out in the heat and see if I can get it mounted today while I am not hurting bad. Anyone had one or two original spoiler braces? One of just a few original things I need to build an incorrect car BUT with correct parts so I can afford my unaffordable dream car.....1970 Saturn Yellow 455-4 speed GSX : ) Woo Hoo!!!
