Mopar vs. The World @ Englishtown Raceway Park

Sunday August 27th we're having another get together. This time it will be at Englishtown Raceway Park for Mopar vs. The World. With the weather seeming to be cooling down a bit let's come on out and have fun hanging out and taking down some Mopars. Hope to see you there.

 

Thanks for getting the word out there Jacob! The Buicks will be coming out in force to ruin the day for all the Mopars on their own weekend!

 

Hell yeah. I will look at my car this weekend to see if I can find the transmission leak. It's been a year to the day since the torque converter broke at Englishtown.

 

I will be there both days Sat. and Sunday running with the SuperCar class. Jacob that invite for Sat night at the hotel is still good!

 

Next Sunday everyone. Hoping for good weather and to see everyone there.

Is Newark the closest major airport?

 

Pretty sure your correct, somewhere around a 45 min. drive. Philadelphia International wound be around 1.5 hr.drive.

 

Jim, if you take your personal aircraft you can land at the airport right there adjacent to the track. Otherwise, it's Newark.

Was a great day yesterday at the track. Could have been a little cooler but I can't complain. I made it to the third round of eliminations. Also got to use my new drag radials which definitely didn't disappoint.

 

How did this go? Is there a listing of winners for each class somewhere?

 

Bob Christo made it to the 4th round but broke out. We left after that.
