    Hi all,

Heard last night a local morning radio DJ passed away, at 63 figured I'd pass it along.

Used to like his characters he did, Mr. Stress, Bob B0ner

    Regards,

Mr Stress (“that’s the hell on traffic”) and Bob Boner where the best.

    Good ole days!

JJ and the morning crew before them were also good.

Dave and Chuck the freak that are on the WRIF now aren't as good as their predecessors IMO.

Sad news...Drew and Mike ruled Detroit radio back in the day.

Too young. RIP. Drew and Mike were hilarious. I liked the Harris poles the best.

    Hi again,

Yeah, I remember those Harris poles, wonder if Dilbert Harris is still around?

I liked Dave and Chuck better when they were on 89x, I always wondered why Drew and Mike didn't end up on WCSX like most of the other WRIF disc jockeys.

    Regards,

Drew and Mike were the best.
Things like donut shop terrorism and Bob Boner's Climax Motors were just hilarious.
I heard many other DJs this week talk of Mike Clark how he was such a great guy and was the same on air and off air
It was a great time Monday to Friday 6:00 -10 am.

Those years were truly the best in Detroit radio. Drew And Mike were on top of their game and could not be beat. At that time they were getting syndicated offers and were on par with Howard Stern.

It was "the home of kick ass Rock & Roll BABY!" Spoken in a voice similar to the WWF guys, BROTHER!

His sign off every day IIRC @ 5:00pm was "thank you for letting me come inside your radio, BABY!"

Yep, the good ole days! Arthur P was at the WRIF when they first started that radio station, the guy was legendary!

The guy that did the voice of Dick The Bruiser sounded better than the original DTB! Was a sad day when the real DTB died because the fake one had to died as well, 2 deaths in one, so sad.

Mike Clark for those that don't know, went to Rochester High school the same time that Madonna went there, the 2 are around the same age. Very sad that he died so young!(60 being the new 40 and all)
