i remember Shayne's car got creamed pretty bad .. He did bring it out for the BPG nats with the rear quarter all banged up but never saw him after that. Also remember him telling me he'd gotten seriously into bicycle riding/racing ?

Sometimes yah just get busy with other projects, or interests, and v8buick gets a little lower on the priority list.
I finally got going on a complete bathroom reno last November (...bin on the 'honey dew' list for sometime), which I just finished, and each time I went 'online' there was over 500+ new posts to mull through. It's sorta like the 'soaps' on TV, you can tune in just about anytime, and some of the same plots are still ongoing.
While it's a great way to pass the long winter sleep on a daily basis, my v8buick activity sorta dwindles during the short summer months.
From time to time, I also wonder what happened to some of the 'regulars' here. o No:

I really don't want to have to join another site. I know I would waste just that much more time after getting on there and reading what projects etc are on there.

 

If I remember correctly, Joe (Nailheadina67) got sick of the bickering and name calling that was going on at one time and hasn't been on since '08.

I just heard from Joe. He's doing well, working lots of hours. Getting back into the GS resto.
