Green on green 72 Stsge 1 convertible, and a sandalwood 72 Gs455. You guys probably discussed, but I am going to go down and check them out.
Yea , another case of BS auction shenanigans, when they don't sell high enough they show up later again and again.... IMO
The 1972 Green Stage 1 Vert went to $57.5k and no sale, the Bamboo cream 1970 GS455 went to $38k and no sale and the 1967 red GS400 Vert, went to $22k and no sale. Heres the link: https://www.mecum.com/search/
Neither sold, 1970 GS 455 Bamboo Cream (sorry called it Sandlwood) bid to $38,500. Very clean car , clean, well detailed, lots of documentation. 1972 GS Stg1 Conv, Green with Brown, bench seat column shift, tons of documentation,Was slow to get an opening bid and quickly stalled at $57.5. I don’t follow it like you guys, but the 70 seems about what I would expect, the 72 seems very low... Based on above, they will probably be in Indy
