may be putting a 455 in my regal

    if i sell my skylark im planning to divert my 455 to my other buick along with a 200r4 trans,so im looking for hint tips pointers stuff to watch out for and so forth.

    You'll have a lot of fun with the car when its done, just a couple things I can think of here, bigger radiator, if you use headers put them on before drilling the motor mount holes, also have the valve covers on, it gets a little snug by the air box on the passenger side, hood clearance could be an issue, depends on the manifold and air cleaner setup, trans crossmember might need to be changed or modified for dual exhaust, at higher power levels a different rear axle would be recommended.
    I'd say go for it if you have the funds for it, theirs plenty of helpful guys on here to assist with questions.

    Take a look through my Thread, posted through the link below. What heads are you going to use? It isn't too hard to drop a 455 in, a little research here and there oughta help. I built mine through this board asking questions and some help from Finishline Motorsports guys. Have fun!

    I always planned on putting a 455 in my skylark but never got to it. I recommend the swap!
