I am going to replace my old leaky master cyl, it also has these bleeder screws at the port. It's a 72 Skylark. Have had mostly older years that didn't have the extra bleeder screws on them. I guess you can bleed it on the car and not have to crack the lines? At least that is what I would do with it.. I will check the chop manual to see if it references it. I also think only the Disc brake cars had them.
