Hey my 1970 Buick Electra has a manifold leak on passenger side any suggestions on what to spray on bolts trying not to break them. Any help would be appreciated

There are all sorts of products that you can use to try and assist in removing rusted nuts and bolts. I have used many of them but my favorite is Kroil by Kano. I have used PB Blaster, WD-40 rust penetrating oil, liquid wrench and home made mixes as well. The Machinists of the world make a product that combines ATF and Acetone is some ratio or ATF and Zylene. I would suspect a 50/50 mix is where to start. I haven't used the ATF zylene one but...

I always get better results when I can apply several times and let it soak in for a few days at a time. But then I have lots of projects and limited amounts of time and I have patience as well.

I've heard that along with heating them up as well , just careful because some of the penetrants are flammable!

heating can help to loosen the manifold bolts. If u remove the fender liners, u can use a big hammer to smack the bolt heads very hard. been there; done that.
once a year or so, I will loosen the manifold bolts on my GS, and retighten
