I'm looking for an oil pan to put on my numbers 455 that will be stored. It doesn't have to be pretty, just looking to seal up the bottom end. Center sump would be fine, if they are easier to come by. The operative word is "cheap".

    Jim-

What do you think shipping would be to 06824? I'm in Fairfield, Ct.

Also, what do you want for it?

    Thanks

Using Greensboro (not sure where you are) and a 15lb 36 x 24 x 12 guesstimate of the package, UPS comes in at around $11 bucks.

Getting it cleaned is the issue. Just use it and give it back at Salem if you are through or if that does not work no problem. I will have to find a shop to dip it. They will not accept it as it is.

Just the costs of boxing and shipping if I can get it degreased on the cheap by someone.

    Still looking.

Jim tried his best to help me, but in the end the pan he thought he had was gone. Thanks anyway, Jim. :TU:

    Got one

    Ken,
I have one here in NC. It is from a Riviera. $30 plus the cost of a box and shipping at the UPS store. I am on a business trip until Saturday, so I can't give you the exact amount until I get home and pull it out of storage.
Let me know if you want it.
