I had a person stop at my shop today. a friend of mine referred him to me. He said in 1963 he bought a Buick Riviera in Connecticut. 3 years later he traded it in at a dealership in No Carolina. Well, he would like to try to locate it and buy it if it even is still around. He does have the paperwork and vin from when he purchased it. Where should he start ?
